T23
T23 was written by Professor Melvin J. Hinich, University of Texas. This version was the one used in the analysis for our article (Melvin J. Hinich and Robert E. Molyneux) “Predicting Information Flows in Network Traffic,” Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology, 54(2), 161-168, (2003). Mel continued to work on T23 and kept the latest version on his Website at T23. Sadly, Mel died on September 6, 2010 in a fall at his home in Austin. He was a Great Teacher and a staunch friend and he is missed. “Nu'ch Be'shalom Al Miskavcha.”
His Wikipedia entry has more information on him and many of his friends and former students have written about him on a memorial page maintained by the University of Texas at Austin.
